'Content' is an beautiful mix of dance, personal stories, and different perspectives on happiness!
This 34-minute short film also focuses on mental health, discussing self-worth, growing up, and the happiness we all deserve.
The dancers share their stories, opinions, and views on topics like friendships, finding purpose, navigating social media, and discovering who we are. It reminds us that we're all still learning and that our happiness should always be a priority.
We hope 'Content' sparks conversations, especially among young people, and encourages them to speak up, reach out, and seek help when needed.
